After the fort, we went into Kearney itself to visit a most unusual museum - it's built in a building that spans over the freeway. Click here for those pictures.
After that, we spent a couple hours at a Burger King that had a play area - the kids needed some down time and my laptop needed some up time. The rest of the day was spent with me driving us across Nebraska and the kids doing schoolwork. Sorry, no pics....
